What They Say:
A DIVINE SECRET,
A LOYAL PROTECTOR,
A FORBIDDEN LOVE.
Eve Collins starts her freshman year at college blissfully unaware that one revelation will challenge everything she’s believed to be true about her family, life, and future, and right in the midst of it all is Asher St. Michael.
Mysterious and aloof, Asher is appointed to protect Eve at all costs. Bound by his oath of loyalty to mankind, loving her is forbidden.
Dark and enigmatic, Gage Gallagher may be even more dangerous to Eve than the demonic army that hunts her.
Caught in the middle of a centuries old war, Eve must choose sides knowing that the wrong choice will cost more than just her life.
Can Asher and Eve fulfill their destinies or will their love destroy everything?
Revelation is a journey of self-discovery, love, and sacrifice.
This is volume one of a series.

What I Say:

I would like to thank YAReads and Randi Cooley-Wilson for a sending me a copy of this book in exchange for a fair and honest review.
The first thing I will mention is the cover it had me wanting to find out more about the book and it lived up to my expectations.
Eve is new at college unaware of the changes her life will bring, although she doesn't know it yet these have already started as she has been having nightmares that are increasingly real...
Moving into a room at College with Aria (her roommate), Abbey and McKenna also sharing with them, little does she know that Abbey and McKenna are there to assist with her protection.
The she meets the aloof Asher and bad boy Gage, her world begins to crumble around her, not knowing who to trust....
I liked Eve as a main character and you can understand her struggles when she begins to feel all her life is based on a lie.
I liked the twist with gargoyles and other things that give this book a little bit of a different edge from the usual vampires, hell, werewolves stories.
I liked how Eve tried to carry on with a normal life, even though she knew that things were going to change, the chemistry between her and Asher was obvious even though they both knew nothing should come of their relationship.
I even liked bad boy Gage, I've got a feeling a lot more is to come from him in the following books and I think we will be left guessing as to which side he is on.
Excllent beginning of the story, which leads to loads of opportunities in the following books.
5 out of 5 stars
Thanks
Jo x
